Shipping and Delivery

1. How long does it take to receive products, and where do they ship from?

   Orders are typically produced within 3-5 business days, followed by 4-8 business days for domestic delivery within the USA. This means you can expect your items to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

   All items are shipped from our facility in the USA using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

2. Do you ship internationally?

   Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?

   Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Expect this email within 5-7 business days after your purchase.

Cancellation, Refund, and Return

1. How do I cancel my order?

   Cancellations are accepted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. After this time, cancellations can no longer be processed.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

   If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send you a replacement—no questions asked, as this is our responsibility.
